Using The Force
Force powers have their own level. To determine this level
- First you add in your' force using rank (Youngling +1, Apprentice +2, Knight +3. Master +3).
- Then add in any racial bonuses (for example Miraluka get +1 to Force sight). Refer to race information here swcallofdestiny.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=infor&action=display&thread=13
- Add in any bonus based on affiliation - Sith and Dark Jedi get +1 to Darkside powers and a -1 to Lightside powers
- Jedi get +1 to Lightside powers and a -1 to all Darkside powers
- Dark Jedi get a +1 to all Darkside Powers and a -1 to all Lightside powers and a +1 that can be added to a short list of force powers (players choice) every time the Dark Jedi goes up a rank.
- Some items such as: Jedi Artifacts, items made with Sith Alchemy, and Talismans made by Force Adepts could also increase a Force Powers' level.
For example, a Wander may be a rank 4 with no racial bonus to Force Sight and may not have any items to boost that powers' level, but a rank 3 Miraluka will have the same level of Force Sight as she does due to the +1 Miraluka racial bonus.
Lastly, force powers use up actions (mentioned in the force power description). If it doesn't use up an action you may keep it active without loosing concentration. Only one power that uses an action may be used per turn.
