Comprehend Speech
Comprehend Speech is a Force ability that enables a Jedi to understand the spoken language of any sentient he/she is interacting with, though it does not necessarily allow him/her to speak it, merely understand the general meaning.
Level 1 - The user can understand the language spoken by another being but can not read or speak it.
Level 2 - The user can understand a language he/she reads or hears but can not write or speak it.
Level 3 - The user can understand and can speak a language he/she hears and can read it. But only maintains the knowledge for one hour
Level 4 - The user can understand and can speak a language he/she hears and can read and write any language he/she sees written for one hour.
Level 5 - The user can understand and can speak a language he/she hears and can read and write any language he/she sees written for one day.
Level 6 - The user can understand and can speak a language he/she hears and can read and write any language he/she sees written permanently.
